INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
I see a wide variety of people from all different backgrounds. I specialize in helping people bring clarity and focus to their lives, in order to foster a creative spirit that feels more flexible and enjoys a sense of freedom. I work to help transform anxiety into action, and depression into a soulful experience of reflection.
COUPLES COUNSELING
I offer support for pre-marital and newlywed couples (in their first seven years of marriage). Sometimes important discussions get skipped in the delicate period of courtship, and I'm here to facilitate loving and honest talk between partners to help address needs for the future or circumvent patterns of conflict.
GROUPS
I offer a weekly young women's circle that includes ages 21-28. This is a forum for sharing the experiences, challenges, and successes of becoming an adult and includes some theoretical education and reference-based discussion.
